Is it legal to float hunt for squirrels and raccoons as long as the canoe/boat does not have a motor? Thanks

Furbearers cannot be hunted by boat, motorized or non-motorized. To hunt squirrels, you must have permission from the adjacent landowner(s), as squirrels are not particularly fond of swimming.
