From knowledge hungry newcomers to seasoned turkey-takers, this workshop has something for everyone! 9:00am-Noon Interactive Educational Presentation Topics to be covered include: *Calling *Decoying *Camouflage Use *Skinning and Butchering *Food Safety *Field Care *Tips for taking Kids Hunting *Cooking Demonstrations Complete with Taste-Testing Noon-1:00pm Lunch, provided by Prairie's Edge Guest Speaker from the National Wild Turkey Federation 1:00-2:00pm Break-Out Sessions Sessions to choose from include: *Winter Food Access and Food Plots *Gun Patterning & Safety *Photography & Videography Tips for Hunters 2:00pm Turkey Calling Contest An RSVP is appreciated to help us prepare for the program. These folks in(Jasper County) have got it all together: a all day event for 10 bucks, HATS OFF to the program partners: Purdue Extention, Prairie's Edge, N.W.T.F. and the volunteers...TAKE A YOUNGSTER ON YOUR NEXT OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE........and this is one of them!!!..............turkey scout
