Modification to PCR language?

I am hearing some scuttlebutt about the PCR language being modified for next year that will disallow wildcats for rifles. Any truth to that? I have checked reg changes and do not see that anywhere. I was really looking forward to doing my first bit of wildcatting, but now I am having second thoughts. If language is added to remove bottlenecked rounds, what does this do to rounds that have been listed as legal like the .458 Socom?

Honestly, we (CO's) will not know until we get a copy of the regs stating what the new changes are......
