The 6th Annual Indiana Predator Challenge will be held in Southern Indiana on February 6th, 7th and 8th of 2010. This three day predator hunting contest has become one of the most popular events of its kind nationwide. Sportsmen from nearly a dozen states are expected to register this year in hopes of making the limited field. As always, the level playing field and 100% payback will make this the event like no other. Anyone could win but nobody can lose: the camaraderie, food, friends and door prizes send each participant home looking forward to next years hunt!
We’re running by the same playbook as previous years. Registration opens July 15th and closes when we reach our quota (2 weeks last year). Contestants may call predators day and night, using any equipment legal under Indiana State Law. Teams will consist of 3 or 4 and all hunters under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Entry fees will remain $60, with over $50 in door prizes and meals provided to each person. The top two finishing teams will take home great prize packages and bragging rights for placing in what is arguably the toughest predator calling event in the world.
This is a non-profit event, ran solely on the dedication of its participants, hard work of volunteers and support of industry sponsors. State and Federal Agencies continue to license and oversee this event. Numerous local, state and federal authorities along with event staff are on hand to ensure a safe and enjoyable weekend for everyone. If you’re interested in participating in the 2010 IPC, please visit www.IndianaPredatorChallenge.com for more information or contact us at IndianaPredator@Yahoo.com
NEW THIS YEAR: The Indiana Predator Challenge will be hosting an early-registration gathering near Leopold on July 17th-19th. At this laid back campout, hunters will have the opportunity to meet the event staff along with other veteran IPC contestants from across the country. Ask your IPC questions to the staff, hear some testimony from returning contestants and spend a couple days camping amidst the properties we’ll be hunting in February. Registration paperwork will be available on-site: camping is free and families are welcome! Again, for more information contact us at IndianaPredator@Yahoo.com
Thanks-
