Hey Buster I was wondering if it was illegal for someone to put a roadkill deer carcass out in the middle of a field to try and bait coyotes in? I have seen someone on a neighboring property have a deer carcass out in the field and I ask them if the had shot a deer and lost it and he had said he got a roadkill and put it out to hunt over for coyotes.
