A buddy of mine is going to be in town over Christmas break. He is hoping to do some waterfowl hunting with me while he is around.
My question is can he buy his 5-day license before he gets here? Does it start when you buy it? Can you pick a date?
He will be buying it on line of course.
I know that he will also need a state stamp, federal stamp and a hip #.

Update...
After hearing Buster's suggestion I went onto the Indiana Outdoor website. When you get to the portion of selecting your licenses you get a list. When you click the 5 day Non Resident License it asks you for the start date.
Thanks Buster!

I honestly don't know. I would like to think that you can. I have purchased limited day Non-res licenses in other states online prior to arriving there. Try purchasing the license online to see if the option is offered. Complete the process up until it asks you to enter your credit card info adn then cancel. That should help you figure it out.
