to any taxidermist a ? would it be posible are feaseble to change antlers on a deer mount thats been mounted say 10 yrs ago

depends on how it was mounted but it should be able to be done. I would be willing to give it a try for ya if you want?

Yeah..... not the easiest thing to do, but can be done.
the top of the head and back of the neck will have to be rehydrated enough to open the incision back up so the skull cap can be taken off, replaced and rebuilt.

the hide is realy hard i.m thinking it was done with some kind of dry preservative do you have any idea what the cost would be joshisbell the antlers are a lot bigger at the base was wondering if that would be a problem
