Okay have a fish question. I have a pond/lake that I am wanting to get rid of as many bass as I can. I basically want bluegill and catfish in this lake. So what I want to do is catch the bass (know this will take a long time and will never catch them all) but want to catch them and if someone wants them they can have them but if they aren’t 14” long will the people get in trouble transporting them to another pond or even catching them to eat. And is there a way for me to shock the fish legally? I have access to equipment that I can use to shock the fish and then net them but wasn’t sure if that was legal or not. And do laws have to be abided to with limits of possessed fish? Thanks BB

As long as it does not have ingress and/or egress of state water, that includes being in a flood plain subject to flood water, and is privately owned, bag limits and size limits do not apply. You can also shock said body of water to remove unwanted fish. As far as possessing LMB under 14" while in transit from your pond to wherever, they are legal to possess.
