Hello, and thanks for taking time to answer questions.

While bowhunting for deer, is it legal to posess a practice arrow with a field tip or judo point in your quiver of broadheads?

I cannot find anything in the regs that prohibits possession of such tips while deer hunting. Of course, you cannot hunt deer with a field tip or judo tip. I assume you are either getting tired of squirrels barking at you or you just want to whack a squirrel while on stand.
