anyone ever do any euro mounts on a buffalo. i got 2 of them to do after i get done with all these wild hogs and was just curious about what to do on the horns. i am pretty sure they will come off like an antelope but any help would be appreciated

I have never done any buffalo skulls but yes the horns will come off. you will have to glue, or bondo them back on. take some tip to tip measurments so you will be able to get them back close to the proper positon.
