Can coyotes be trapped on private land out of season if they are a nussiance? What does it take to become an animal damage control trapper?

Coyotes can be taken by a landowner outside of the hunting and trapping seasons on land that they own. A person may take a coyote outside of the hunting and trapping season with written permission from the landowner. Coyotes taken out of season must be killed within 24 hours of capture and cannot be traded, bartered, gifted or sold.
