I was just curious if the "Urban Deer Zone" applied within Carmel(Hamilton County). It says south of US 32 in Hamilton County, but I had a friend advise me that it may not pertain to Carmel.

Anywhere in Hamilton County that is south of State Road 32. The cities, towns, etc. that have a projectile ordinance, like Carmel, Noblesville, Fishers and Westfield, you could not hunt within those city limits.
