is it illegal to spotlight coyotes but not posses a firearm. I am teaching a buddy of mine to use mouth calls and I wanted him to get out there and be able to see whats going on. So we were wondering if it is illegal to spotlight if we are just calling and we do NOT have any firearms on us at all.
