New Rule Question

A guy at the local outdoor shop was saying that their thinking of adding a rule for next year that you have to kill a antlerless deer before you can kill a buck. I seen a similiar reference to this in the polls thread but it was only said for urban deer zone.

So far, it is my understanding that it is just a proposal and not a law as of yet.
