Bonus anterless tag vs. extra archery license

What is the difference between a "bonus antlerless license" and an " extra archery license"?
Since you cant use the bonus antlerless tag on state land can you use the extra archery license instead?

An Extra Archery license allows you to take a deer of either sex and can only be used for archery hunting and is valid on state props. A Bonus Antlerless license can be used in any of the seasons and is valid for an antlerless deer only. It cannot be used on certain state props.
