I own 105+ acres of some of the nicest hunting ground in Lawrence County - about an hour and a half from Indianapolis. The land is comprised of several food plots, creeks, ponds, etc....The property is full of deer, turkey, grouse, etc...There are currently 12 hunting stands on the property.
In the last 3 years alone the property has produced an 11 point buck, a 10 point buck, two eights, and numerous does. The property is bordered by corn fields and other woods. I do not turkey hunt, so if someone out there is an avid turkey hunter this property would be an absolute paradise for you because the turkey are abundant and have never been hunted.
I will be selling the property in the next 2-3 years when my kids leave home. When I sell, I will be including the 3 bedroom farm house and detached two car garage that is located on the property. I have replaced the roof, added all new windows, all new gutters, put in a brand new gas furnace, etc... I will be more than happy to consider any offers from members of this site.
In the mean time, I am looking at coordinating weekend or weekly leases for up to 4 hunters at a time for next year. You will have full access to the property during your lease and no one else will hunt during your alloted time.
