Will be right among the new river cooridor that was anounced last summer. A river cottage on the Wabash river in Montezuma. Would make a great place to base your hunting camp out of or set up for weekends.
I lived in this house for 3 years with me, my wife and two young kids set up as a 2 bedrooms, 1 play room, living room, kitchen with table, laundry room and one bath with a large walk in closet. New gas forced air furnace, all kitchen appliances and W/D hookup if needed. Boat ramp is just down the road, Sugar Creek is 5 miles to the north.
If you are interested in renting or contract let me know. I can send pictures if needed. I was selling on contract until the buyer had to let it go.
