Hunting with Muzzleloader after season?

I know that season for muzzleloader ended Dec. 19th but I have been hearing muzzleloaders go off every day since season has went out. What is to be done? I personaly do not use a muzzleloader but dont think that it is right for someone to continue to use something that the season has ended on. Would that be the same as hunting during the summer out of season? I also know that these are not just people unloading since it is coming from the same spot every day and can find the guys truck parked along the road. Any ideas would be get.

Call your local officer or the North Regional HQ....765-473-9722. Shoulda called when it was going on instead of pondering over it. Nonetheless, let a local officer know that its going on.....
