Took some short cuts to get this one. I tied a road killed deer to a tree about 70 yards from tree stand on some property I have permission to hunt. It took about 5 days for the coyotes to get on it. As I was walking in on Sunday morning, I jumped one chewing on the deer. I climbed into my tree stand and waited about an hour before another coyote showed up. Got him as he started to enjoy breakfast. Dang these things are hard to get onto. Attachments:

45 you said it, 3 stands last night no takers, not even a howl. Been 3 different times on another honey hole and nothing. They are tough.

Yotes have been called at now for a while and getting smart. Dogs should be on the move soon looking for es. h.h.
