I have a friend who wants to go coyote hunting with me. If someone wanted to hunt coyotes this month, February 2011, and needed to buy a license, would a 2011 license be legal or would it have to be a 2010 license? The 2011 license states that it is only valid from 1APR11 thru 31MAR12. Seems silly to have to buy a 2010 license in 2011.
Anyone know for sure?

I would say this, "The 2011 license states that it is only valid from 1APR11 thru 31MAR12", pretty much answers your question.
