Waterfowl hunting a state bordering lake

If you are waterfowl hunting a lake that is in both states, Indiana and Michigan. Would you need a resident and non-resident license or would one suffice for hunting that specific lake? The lake is called Indiana lake and borders Elkhart County and Cass County of michigan. Thanks Buster
