when can you bow fish

Granddaughter lives in porter county, she has a pond and a stream with fish that goes through the property. Can she anytime shoot fish with an arrow meant for fishing? Can she take carp or catfish anytime, and final question, she is 13, does she need any type of license?

Sportfish cannot be taken with a bow. the carp can be taken using that method. A person is NOT required to have a license until they are 18 years old.
