I was reading on the indiana d.n.r. website about the deer limit and when i look at the firearms season it looks like you can only take one antlered deer during firearm season is this right it may be weird to some people but i want to shoot a doe i think they taste better so if i cant go during firearms season im going to have to break down and go during archery
Thanks

Indiana allows a hunter to take one (1) antlered deer during all the combined deer seasons (archery, firearms, muzzleloader, late archery). There are a few exceptions to this rule such as an urban deer zone. A firearms license is for the taking on an antlered deer only. However, a person can take a doe during the firearms season with a bonus anlerless deer license. If you have further questions, let me know.
