My brother in law recently purchased some land that he had been renting. Two hunters who have been hunting the boundary for several years have stands one foot or less across the property line facing into the property. They refuse to move their stands and they have been on the property at times. We have posted the land and talked to them but I need to know what kind of document I need in order to have them arrested and prosecuted when they trespass or hunt with out permission. My brother in law is agreeable to whatever I want to do but doesn't have time or inclination to deal with trespassers/illegal hunters.

The landowner needs to make the local Conservation Officer aware of the problems that he has been experiencing on his property. The Officer will then advise what is required by the landowner in order to proceed with rectifying the problem. If you have further questions, please let me know.
