So a family member hunts on my father in laws property and is drinking while he hunts. Me and my husband have both talked to his father about this and was told that if we cought him drinking to make him leave. Are we able to do this or is this something that we should just call DNR when it happens?

Unfortunately there is nothing under the hunting regulations restriicting a person from hunting while intoxicated. If a person has consent to hunt on a property there would be nothing a Conservation Officer could do. If a person doesn't have consent, then he is in violation of hunting without the consent of the landowner and this would have to be addressed to the Conservation Officer by the actual landowner.
