Bag limits

I remember (correctly or not is the question) that any crippled (wounded but not found) animals we shoot are suppose to be counted toward out daily bag limit. I'm certain it is that way with waterfowl, just wondering about the State regulated animals?

It is the same with the all game animals.

Effort to retrieve crippled or killed wild animals
Sec. 7. A person may not kill or cripple a wild animal without making a reasonable effort to retrieve the animal and include the animal in the person's daily bag limit.
