What are the perameters regarding rivers? If a county line is split down the middle of the river, if someone is on a sandbar is that considered the landowners. If so, one is on the sandbar is this trespassing? We have some folks coming in on boat a few yards from our woods claiming they are not trespassing due to being on the sandbar.
