I am new to Muncie and looking for a lease in the Delaware county area.

You might give them a try. I looked and the closest lease available is in Wayne county.
I've leased with them for few years and haven't had any problems. They are based out of Fishers In. I would recommend to become a Wall Hanger member. Good looking property goes quick and believe me you can't wait until the weekend if a piece of property comes up on a Monday. It won't last.
