I just got my atv registered, i looked at the map,my county and all the counties that are next to mine are aloud to have atvs on county roads except for one county. My question is can i ride on the county line road that boarders my county and the county that doesn't alow atvs. What county are you considered in when ridding on county line rd? Thanks

I would say it depends on how the maintenance of the road is conducted betwteen the counties. This is one that you will definitely have to check locally to get the correct answer. Your sheriff department will be able to explain how accidents are completed on the road. If you learn that it is considered 'joint' property between counties, you will have to see what the county ordinance allowing atv's on the roadway states. it may address this issue specifically.
