Before proceeding with possible plans I wanted to know if making watering holes are deemed illegal or legal in the state of IN. I've heard common hunters argue back and forth on this and want to know directly from a CO how you are instructed to handle man made watering hole situations.

I have checked and not been able to find anything covering "watering holes". Are you talking about just digging out a depression 10 feet of so in diameter and ttwo to three feet deep? That is what I imagine. I do not see where that would be an issue. However, if that is not the type of thing that your referring to, please provide me a little more description and I will get you a more accurate answer. Thanks
