Land hunting question

I haven't asked none of the land owners yet ( just found out about these farms ) , on 1 side of the street is residential and the other side of the street is agriculture property ( This area is in Hobart Indiana ) . My question is if the agriculture properties would be legal to hunt if i get permission ? The weapon of choice would be shotgun . I mainly want to bird hunt the land if legal

As long as it is not in city limits. If it is in sitting limits, then you would have to see if they have a firearms discharging ordinance.
