Definition of an elevated stand?

Depredation paperwork says that if CF rifle is to be used, it must be used from an elevated stand. No height minimum is listed on the paperwork.

What is the height requirement for an "elevated stand"?

I have a climbing tree stand and want to be sure that I'm legal if checked while in the tree.

On the standard depredation permit this requirement is not listed. It would have been added by the district biologist that issued the permit in order to facilitate a safety concern for your specific area or location. Therefore, you would need to contact the biologist who issued the permit to get clarification on exactly what height requirement he is wanting met.

I apologize for not being able to provide a definite answer but I do not know exactly what the situation and circumstances were surrounding the issance of this particular permit.
