Perhaps a more direct question is in order. With the new check system, after a hunter has checked in a deer, are there any restrictions for on site processing (other than wanton waste and dumping carcus into waterways)?
Thanks for all you do.

A hunter who has harvested a deer and checked the deer in electronically while in the field, can quarter the deer for easier transport while in the field. It is expected that the hunter will remove the entire deer, including the head, legs and hide, and only leave the entrails behind.
