jwkimber45 :Here are some pictures of misc decoys and other carvings I have picked up over the years ... The 1st 3 are a set of rough carved " working set " Canvas backs that a local DU carver did for me . Paint and texture is sweeeeet on these three ...    Smooth painted ...  Detailed cast carved and painted .... man , up close you can see the individual feathers !   A guy from work carved this hummingbird set ... the male is removeable from the flower .   My favorite Kingfisher ...  A local amature ( 14 year old boy ) carved this Woodcock .... this kid will be famous some day !  Getting carried away ... I've got some in each category , rough carved decoy , detailed carved decoy , details cast etc. ... it's great on the days you can't get outside ... surrounded by beautiful widlife carvings and prints .
