So we are putting out a synthetic manmade ground blind this weekend at one spot, it will only be bow hunted from before and after gun season...as we don't have permission during gun season. My question is do we need to put orange on it for the gun season if we leave it up even though we WILL NOT be hunting out of it?

The requirement for orange is only while it is OCCUPIED diring the deer seasons requiring hunter orange. see the rule posted below.
312 IAC 9-3-2 General requirements and licenses for hunting deer (t) A ground blind that is: (1) Occupied must contain a minimum of one hundred forty-four (144) square inches of material on each side that is solid hunter orange and is visible from any direction during: (A) a season set forth in section 4(b), 4(e), 4(f), and 4(h) of this rule; and (B) that portion of the archery season set forth in section 4(c) of this rule that overlaps a season set forth in section 4(e), 4(f), and 4(h) of this rule.
