I decided to give the old creek a try this morning. Five minutes before shooting time the ducks were landing as I was throwing out the decoys. Had a group of eight come in and I shot twice with the new Benelli and killed two ducks. If I knew the dang gun shot that good I would have pulled the trigger the third time. I guess I was expecting it to break before I realized it wasn't a Remington. ;D Two for two with a brand new gun, bet I don't keep that streak going very long. Now it's off to the deer woods to see if I can get a freezer filler or two.
Duff.....and yes I did clean the gun as soon as I got home.

Good shootin' there, 410!
Any Walmart special can function properly when clean; dirty that thing up, so we can see what she's really made of. : )

Get it dirty? Ain't ever going to happen, like all guns I own or owned shoot them once or 100 times they get a complete scrub down. That way I never need to use the, it was dirty, excuse for it not properly working.

Nope no deer here but if I wanted a deer I'd have to get out into the woods. ;D Son is still hard at it. He's been looking to get that "one for the wall" and it don't appear he'll take anything less.
All the ducks I seen yesterday were mallards.
