I know that with written permission or on your own land you can hunt coyotes year round. My question, is it also legal to trap them. Thanks for your time.

Yes you can also trap them. The administrative rule states that you can 'take' with written permission of the landowner. It also states that a live coyote taken under ghost section has to be euthanized within 24 hours.
