I have read other posts on this site and others and thought I would just get clarification on this. If I find tree stands, cameras, blinds, etc on MY property is it legal for me to confiscate the items if they are clearly on my property?

Yes. As long as they are on YOUR property. Not property that you lease or have permission to hunt on. As a courtesy, you can leave a note informing them that you have not given them permission to be on your property for hunting or any other reason and if they would like to retrieve their items that they could contact you. This will keep our officers from taking a theft report when they are contacted by the individual stating that their items were stolen. You could also contact the local officer and inform him that you have found and removed items on your property so when he is contacted, he will already have a heads up. Hope this helps.
