Make an offer on any of the properties I have left in Crawford and Perry counties except for the CRTH in Crawford and the THNDR in Perry because they are still close to asking price.
Any of the others get with me and I will try to make it happen within reason of course. Keep in mind as the price goes down you will probably have to get your own insurance policy, between $175-$250 usually. This is an absolute necessity for the landowner.
