I am a solo hunter look for a hunting club to join next year in souther Indiana. I live in clark county and have hunted in KY since the land I hunted in Indiana was sold in 06 to the Harrison / Crawford State Forest. Next year KY is raising their tag prices and extra $100 for non-residents and I am needing to come back to Indiana for that reason and to get closer to home as I currently have a 2 month old that I can no longer leave for days at a time to hunt easily. If anyone has information on a possible club I could join please let me know. I thoroughly enjoy the outdoors, and have spent the past few years learning QDM as I have been hunting in a zone 3 area of KY that has to be managed perfectly to see quality deer.
Also if there are no clubs to join I have 1 to 3 more people besides me that are interested in leasing some property next year, so if you have previously leased, want to lease, or have a contact for me to email/call, please let me know as it will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for any help as I am a business professional that loves my weekends in the woods and if I don't find some place next year I will have to sit it out and go crazy reading everyone else's posts of success.
