If i planted a apple tree or trees on the property that i hunt for the purpose of eating as well as to attract deer would that be concidered baiting ?

No. That is considered an agricultural process. You can hunt over an apple tree or any other fruit even if the apples are all over the ground. You cannot pour apples out and hunt over them. One is a normal agricultural process which is legal and the other is not which is illegal and baiting.
