Follow up to air rifle question

Since there are multiple companies making large bore air rifles capable of taking down big game, does Indiana DNR have plans to include Air Rifles as legal equipment in the near future?

I know that we have received several questions similar to yours in the past year. I believe it is something that will be discussed but could not begin to tell you which direction it would go. It would have to be addressed in the administrative rules which would be the Natural Resource Commission.
