From my understanding, that would allow for the legal hunting of waterfowl and deer at the same time. As I stated earlier, the only thing that would make hunting deer with a muzzleloader and waterfowl hunting at the same time illegal would be the possession of something other than non-toxic ammunition. if there is a means to acomplishing this, which a couple have been suggested, and all other regulations are abided by, have fun, be safe, and good luck.
