Sabiki rigs

The way I understand it is that we with a Indiana Licence fishing with Sabikis for Skipjack catfish bait on the Ohio River have to now cut off fly,s till we have only 3 on our rigs is that true??? I also have a NR KY licence they dont have that law,, Can I fish on the Indiana shore with a NR KY licence and not have to cut my sabiki,s to have only 3, But be able use them with the 5 or 6 they come with???

I apologize for the delayed response.

Due to the 2007 revision of the MOU between Kentucky and Indiana which addresses reciprocal licenses on the Ohio River a person must follow the sport fishing regulations of the state in which they are licensed except when fishing from the bank. Therefore, if the fisherman is fishing on the Indiana bank he must follow Indiana regulations.
