How does one go about getting a disability hunting permit?

I heard that if you are disabled you can hunt from a vehicle in some places in IN. So what's the process of obtaining the permit that allows a disabled person to get this permit and hunt this way.

I know a guy who's disabled and still would like to try hunting.

You will need to contact the Division of Fish and Wildlife. 317-232-4080. They will provide the form that need to be completed.
