Question on baiting

If a bait pile is placed on a neighboring property, and i was unaware of the bait pile (and hunting on my property), could i be cited? Or is this a scenario where the CO's discretion would have to determine the outcome?

The officers discretion would determine the outcome. Our officers use very good judgement and will thoroughly investigate matters such as this to determine whether charges should be filed or not.
