Someone on here said a while back (I think it may have been Woodmaster?) that they'd rather shoot a big buck, but HUNT turkey's. I agree, and picked turkey.

I love turkeys and then deer to hunt. But when I retire from teaching, that will be 40 yrs. in the classroom, etc. Just two years for the end of this year. I want to hunt bear, elk, and caribou. The main problem with teaching it takes up the whole 12 months, I teach 9 months and then 3 summer months and never take a vacation for over a few days. I am in great shape for 57 going on 58 in July and physically strong and cardio is good. There fore I plan on being in shape for several years. I am going to spend my first two years if possible as a missionary with my wife in an south pacific island, Vannatu ( maybe misspelled ) .

You left out the "Two Legged Predatory/Radical Varmint", which comes in multiple flavors, colors and persuasions, but all need a-killin'. That's what I prefer to shoot at, but most folks find it socially unacceptable unless you are in the Military....

ducks and geese every day but deer will do! yotes are fun but rewards are slim. rabbits use to be fun when they were still in numbers. quail and pheasants wont come back until farmers put fence rows back, turkeys are ok but i am still new to their game and squirrles are only a tree rat that creates noise in the deer woods.

Biggest adrenaline rush - Watching a big buck walk into bow range and putting the arrow right where I want it.... no other animal makes me shake and gasp for air!
Best animal to hunt - Gobblers.....run and gun all the way! Nothing like matching wits with a big ole gobbler on a ridgetop!
Most fun to hunt - Waterfowl - no other species allows such freedom to cut up with friends and enjoy the time outdoors like waterfowl hunting does.

It 's a good thing that southern Indiana doesn't have wild pheasants because I wouldn't get any work done.

The two legged whitetail. They are too expensive to hunt... Not to mention the costs of maintaining the trophy after you have scored.
