Is there any State or Federal land where there is No 3:00 am drawing time ? My problem is that I don't get off work until 7:30 AM ( I think that I'm saying this right ) like willow slough you need to be there for the drawing at 3 in the morning I think . and I don't get off work until 730 in the morning and wouldn't make it there until around 9 am . as an example

Unfortunately, how waterfowl hunts are conducted varies from property to property. My best suggestion would be to contact the property or properties that you desire to hunt and see what their procedure is for their respective property. Sorry I could not be of more assistance.
