Are there any restrictions on them in the deer woods?

No. Most cell phones and two way radios are utilized from a safety aspect and not as a benefit to add the hunter in harvesting the animal. We actually teach people in our hunter education courses to have a cellphone in case you have an emergency. Good luck and be safe.
