I set six mb 550 today as deer season is winding down. I don't know if it is helping the deer but I have seen more turkeys since taking seven off the farm last year and only seeing a few coyotes. It is fun though. There is nothing like knowing you got a Coyote to step on a two inch square in a field.

I may have to get my traps out now that my deer season is over.

I miss trapping anything. It was so much fun, never new what you were gonna get till you got there. Kinda like Christmas when you were a kid or still are.

I put out 8 sets yesterday, Setting here waiting for daylight to go check them. Nothing like the anticipation of the first check. I am sure you know what I mean.

I have caught one but hit them pretty hard last year there. Not near the sign this year. Buddy has taken five off his farm in two weeks though. Need a snow to scout and get snares out.

I struck out this morning, getting ready to go out and set a few more. Hey, once you get the numbers down, that one, two,or three keeps them down.
